Risotto
I am planning to make this for the Top Chef finale viewing party I’m going to tonight. I haven’t made risotto before, but earlier in the week I did some pretty legit trash-talking about out-doing the other party guests with my dish. Pride goes before a fall, as Ma Ingalls says, so I’m a little worried. Plus, I think I’m going to be stuck deveining shrimp for the second time in like six days, and that is grosser than I thought it was. We shall see.
