Meat Madness Round 2: Bacon vs. Pulled Pork, Prosciutto vs. Ribs

So Good

You have no idea how hard this was for me to decide. Bacon is almost certain to win the tournament, and it is good in everything, but its so ubiquitous that I felt pulled pork deserved a vote for rarity (and when I do have it, it’s amaaaazing). Tough call there. Like bacon, prosciutto is commoner than ribs, but I find ribs intimidating sometimes and prosciutto di parma is hard to argue with. These are the things I think about at 10:15am on a Thursday.
